Home inspector reported high moisture level behind stucco of my house. Henryk, the owner, and his tech ( I think his name is Andrew), really did an excellent job in diagnosing the problems and repairing them. They first re-measured the moisture levels in different places of the house. They re-sealed the windows in a lot of places. They found some holes in high places of the house, where water goes behind the stucco, and they sealed them. They also repaired one place where the wood is rotten due to the water damage. All jobs are done nicely. They took pictures along the way so I know what are repaired and why they need to be. They are honest and quite good at what they are doing. I will certainly come back to them for other repairs I need in the future.
