Review content:
The staff is very rude. I was there to ask about memberships and they had me wait for 15 minutes to speak with a ""membership specialist"". When I asked how much longer I'd have to wait, the woman in the front desk pointed to a young man on a cell phone and told me he would be right with me. The guy actually came over, saw me, did not even say hello after my long wait, picked up a call and turned his back to me after a 15 minute wait. It made me think that I probably did not fit the 30 somethings white pretty profile they are looking for. I also went there a couple of years ago on a one day pass and the staff is completely rude. They looked me up and down as if I did not belong there. I'd stay away from this place and hope the boxing classes a few doors down steal all their clientele. At least the guy at the front desk takes his time to explain their membership choices, the classes, etc.
