I can say that I use to have this view of Palmetto Home & Garden, BUT, with the NEW location on Laurens from Woodruff road and the NEW OWNERS that are there each and everyday to actually take care of the business they have invested in, makes all the difference........this is NOT TARGET OR HOBBY LOBBY, this is a bit of EVERYTHING for EVERYONE.......all stores/vendors purchase items from a 'wholesaler' and YES, you will see repeat merchandise from time to time at different stores in the area, but I prompt you to find a better ONE STOP SHOP store than Pametto Home and Garden......they are brining in NEW VENDORS each and everyday that are trying to find a more user friendly venue for sales as the economy is finding its claim on each one of us in some shape or form. There has to be rules an regulations or it would become WAL MART return policy.......and as far as 'making an offer' on an item......would you go into any other Design Center and make an offer or even make an offer at Hobby Lobby for that matter??? I do not think so......I think you need to go and find out things like this for yourself or just ""LIKE"" them on FACEBOOK to see how many pleased people shop there........
