I have difficult hair (short, thick, and wavy) and I've been to many salons in NY trying to find someone who can cut it the way I like. Kim is fabulous - she helped me finally get my hair the way I wanted it. Plus, she's very good at listening to what you want, making suggestions, and helping you find a style that's ""you."" I'm surprised she doesn't charge more (only $60). She also does brows - and she's the first person I've been to who doesn't ""bald"" you. Everyone else in the salon is very friendly, too. Definitely recommended.
