Review content:
This is an apartment complex to stay far away from. The apartments are old and unclean. Many of the fixtures are easily broken which the rentor is then liable to fix. The management, Kathy and Beth, are untrustworthy and will do everything in their power to take as much money from you as possible. They are unhelpful and pushy people. Once you turn in a deposit, kiss it goodbye. Any person considering renting an apartment in the Biltmore/Beaumont should be warned to find a different apartment or face a load of trouble.
If I could give zero stars on this review I would have.
