Review content:
I'm extraordinarily frustrated. I took my truck in there when someone stole the cover to my differential (I know...weird, right?). The differential was damaged when I drove off not knowing the cover had been taken. My insurance is Geico and Autohound is one of their associated shops, so Geico said they would guarantee the work plus Autohound guarantees it as well. Thank God for that guarantee. All told now I have had to take the truck back in 4 times to have them redo the work. 3 times they had returned the truck with a seal leaking in the differential and the 4th time the differential finally just gave up and we had to have it replaced again. I've been without my truck for a non-contiguous 2 months now and in the time I have actually had the truck, the rear end was making some sort of noise. I am getting it back again tomorrow (hopefully, if their mechanic shows up. I was supposed to get it today) and It'll be a good 6 months before I am willing to take it out of town for fear of the rear end messing up again. It is ridiculous. Generally i would add a star since they did technically backup their work. But after 4 times (I'd go elsewhere but Geico is the one footing the bill, thank God for them) their shoddy works needs to be mentioned. Also, the Geico rep who works there, Scott, is rude and I very much disliked him. Still like Geico, though. Scott sucks. I'll update this once I get the truck back and the rear end breaks again.
