Where do I start...So my experience with M2 started off OK. I originally went in wanting a specific dress from a specific brand. They didn't have the dress so they told me that if I put down $100 + tax they could borrow the SAMPLE dress from the designer so I could try it on. Yes, I was fully aware that the $100 was non-refundable; not a problem. The dress came in, I tried it on, & loved it! They explained to me that I would need to pay off 1/2 of the dress before they could ORDER me a new one. (I emphasize on ORDER because they suggested I buy the sample....at full price. Um, HELL NO.) They gave me the price of the dress & I never signed an agreement or contract. A couple of months passed & I had some health issues which resulted in a life changing surgery for me....Which strained our finances a bit for a while. When I had some money set aside I made another $100 payment on the dress. Just before Christmas I had called M2 again to see how much I still owed so I could get the dress ordered. The NEW total they gave me was not the original quote they gave me before. It was about $200 more than the original quote. So over the Christmas break we visited our family & my mother-in-law surprises me by buying my dress in our home town. (at the designer's store) I called M2 to let them know that I had purchased a dress. I expressed that I was aware that the first $100 was not refundable, but that I would like the second payment of $100 refunded. The lady on the phone immediately got defensive with me and said, ""We have been holding this dress for you for months now with the intent of you buying it!"" I responded, ""WHOA....why would you be HOLDING the sample dress when you know I wanted a new one ordered!?"" Of course, the lady on the phone never answered my question...YEP, just like I suspected they were going to make me pay full price for a SAMPLE DRESS that has been shipped all over America and tried on by God knows how many women. She told me that I would NOT get any of my money back even after I reminded her that I NEVER signed a contract or agreement promising I'd buy the dress. This place has horrible work ethic and cannot be trusted! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
