I tried to send flowers to my supervisor using another florist thru FTD and I recieved nothing but conflicts. After having the order cancelled I called Peter with Creations by Lily. I must say my service with him was VERY enjoyable. He was VERY professional, VERY personable, and VERY accomoditable. His customer service skills were OUTSTANDING. He also called me to let me know when the order was delivered (he went out of his way to deliver that day which must have been difficult because it was 4:00 my time in MN). I must say I WILL use them again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND their service.
