Review content:
Several years ago, the Park Meadows Nordstorm was THE place to go shopping. The store was bright sparkling and clean. Sales clerks were focused like a laser beam on customer service. Occasionally I?d find a clerk going above and beyond to help me, not just the typical ?I can call another store to see if they have it?. Nordstrom had a way to make you feel special and that magic would add to the enjoyment of your shopping experience.
Pros: Very nice selection. They have added Christian Dior to the line-up in the shoe dept.
Cons: Sadly customer servcie has deteriated. Store is sorely in need of remodeling.
