They are the most thorough of any and all repair services.
They will tell you what is wrong and what way(s) to fix the problem. The mechanics will inform you if it is an immediate concern or if it can wait for a more convenient time.
They are considerate and accommodating to their customers.
You can tell the ""atmosphere"" when you're in the waiting room. Those waiting to get their cars are talking with each other and the receptionist.
Pros: The most honest repair dealer !!
