Review content:
This dry cleaner has poor customer service and conflict resolution. I had an issue with a garment that they had cleaned and went back to speak with the owner about how to resolve the issue. I was not looking for a refund on the cleaning price or a replacement of the garment. I simply wanted the garment re-cleaned as it was done incompletely the first time. The owner was completely unprofessional. He kept talking over me instead of listening (a crucial customer service skill) and he was more interested in defending himself than offering a solution for the problem. I am completely dissatisfied with the service I received and I will not be returning.
