dr. williams prescribed my dog medication without looking into his history. it gave him a horrible seizure and was totally avoidable.my dog urinated all over me and not one employee offered me a towel to clean up with so i ended up sitting in the lobby for about 15 minutes with my pants soaked with urine. i have not had bad experiences with other doctors but i cannot bring my dog to a place where a doctor like dr. williams is allowed to practice.
Pros: the wellness plan did save me a lot of money,but be cautious with it..read the fine print first.
