Review content:
I first used Chicago Urban Tails when my beagle puppy Remy was spayed. I could not take her to daycare for 2 weeks after the surgery and needed to have her walked daily. I called 5 dog walking services (including the one that works directly with my vet's office) and none of them would walk by pup for only 2 weeks. They would only take me on as a permanent client. FINALLY Chicago Urban Tails agreed to help me out. The manager that came to my house was very nice and played with Remy and my two cats. Remy got her daily walks for 2 weeks and recovered from her surgery. Then she was back to full time daycare. A few months later when she was a little older I began to leave her home 2 days a week and went back to Chicago Urban Tails. They did a great job with my baby. I always came home to a calm, happy pup with a note about the days activities from Remy's wonderful walker Will. I highly recommend Chicago Urban Tails. They go above and beyond to accommodate you and your pet.
Pros: Friendly staff, affordable prices, daily detailed notes from walker, extremely accommodating
Cons: They don't service my new neighborhood :(
