I'm sorry for this misunderstanding. We did not donate a gondola ride for this event. Nor did we put this package together. We did not market or represent this package in any way.
The issues you mention need to be taken up with the people that put on the AIDS benefit. Someone from the AIDS fundraiser organization bought a gift certificate from us for our Edina location, and unbeknownst to us put it in a package and marketed it for Stillwater.
We usually try to work with people when we can. When people call us at the last minute on a busy weekend it is difficult. Our customers are very important to us and we work hard to give everyone the best possible experience.
I'm sorry for this misunderstanding. If you give us a call we would love to honor this gift certificate at our Stillwater location.
