I called Englewood cleaners looking for a price quote and time frame for cleaning my down comforter. The owner quoted and honored a price and had it done in the allotted time. She was friendly, curtious and took very good care of my comforter. She really seemed to know what she was doing and cared about my item. The only drawbacks were that parking could be hard to find and they don't take credit cards: cash or check only. They have some limited saturday hours for convience. Good experience and I will use them again but I'll bring cash the next time instead of having to find an ATM after the fact.
Pros: great service, prompt and timely
Cons: no credit cards.
