Review content:
A friend from out of town and I decided to get pedicures while lunching in Eagan. I called a couple places looking for an appointment to no avail. Another friend turned me on to Oscar (no appointment needed). Wow! We walked in and were immediately seated in massage chairs right next to eachother. The nail techs were effeicient and thourough. I was very happy with the look of my toes. They even added some crystals for a special touch (we had an event the next night). I will be back!
