pizza outlet used to be my favorite. they do have good tasting pizza. but their service, and prices, made me take my pizza eating elsewhere. i order pizza about 4 times a week. i gave them good business, but they did not give me good service. i live 5 minutes away, but it would take them an avarage of an hour to deliver, usually, it took longer. most of the time, my pizza looked liek it was carried sideways, with all the cheese slid off to the side. and their prices are way to high. a large pizza for 10 dollars! that is outrageuos. other places charge 5 dollars for a large. yes, their pizza is good. i miss it. but i do not miss cold pizza after an hour long wait.

Cons: bad service, unpolite managers, price
