Recently experienced the latest but infrequent episode of quick, competent and correct answers to operational questions for our excellent, D. C. built entertainment system. Sent message of need; Steve responded quickly with accurate information, simple instructions, and helpful hints. I followed instructions; within three minutes the system began to operate fully, properly. We relaxed, poured some wine, and started a new film. Yes indeed. Thank you, D. C.
