I was a loyal customer of Natura for a while and with good reason: I thought their Brazilian bikini wax was the best and they never gave me anything to complain about. I recommended it to everyone I knew. Needless to say I never thought what happened the last time I went for my usual Brazilian bikini wax would ever happen! The girl that waxed me made the huge mistake of placing the unlabeled bottle of ACETONE (!) next to the unlabeled bottle of baby oil - I'll spare you the painful details because I'm sure you can successfully guess what happened. Being in so much pain that I couldn't even sit down (which by the way lasted for almost 2 days!) I thought she would at least give me a significant discount, but all she did was make excuses for her (serious) mistake and charged me only $5 less. Clearly, they don't really care about their customers as much as I thought they did. I will NEVER recommend Natura to anyone else.
