I have tried all sorts of different exercise programs and Ciruitworks is the only one I've found that offers a ""one stop shopping"" workout experience. During a one hour class, we warm up, stretch and get right into it, alternating back and forth in one minute intervals of cardio and weight training. My heart rate stays up (so I know I'm getting a great workout) and the variety of moving to different weight stations and cardio machines really makes the time fly by. The best part... I don't get bored! Unlike working out at my other gym, I'm not watching the clock. Every class ends with an awesome abs session and, before you know it, it's over. This really is the perfect workout!
Pros: Great Motivating Staff!
