Review content:
We ate here a couple of months ago. The menu was sufficient for sushi lovers but not extensive but that's okay since too much doesn't necessarily mean quality ingredients or recipes. The rolls were good, fresh tasting, and well made. The chef, however, was a dud. He made good rolls but that seemed to be the limit of his talent. We asked about his ingredients, showed interest in his work. He gave us one word responses, no smiles, but talked fervently with a co-worker about something to do with buying himself an audio system. The host that had seated us, however, was friendly. The food is good but don't bother sitting at the bar. Pros: Well made sushi, staple and creative options Cons: Apathetic chefs, more like good cooks who don't enjoy what they do
