My 2 daughters were seen by Dr. Hicks and his staff. One I clearly know is not a certified assistand or hygienist and does a hygienist job. They don't protect you for radiation when xrays are taken. Dr Hicks spent less then 2 min each with my daughters. He said one didn't have any cavities when she did, didn't really seem caring of my concerns, didn't ask me questions or introduce himself to me. So I filled him in with my concerns. The flouride was done horribly wrong. A mouth piece that looks like its used to make mold impressions of your teeth for braces or retainers. The girls had to bite down on the mouth piece for 2 min. and spit out the extra flouride that filled their mouths. My oldest daughter started complaining of stomach pain within minutes after we left. This is do to digesting flouride that can be a silent killer to your system. Heart, muscles, bones etc.... Im happy to say she has recovered in 3 days, but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and will never be back!!!! I wouldn't rate this place a 0 its below that!
