Vivid Cleaning Services was not able to get out most of the stains on my carpet. They kept trying to push extra maintenance like Sanitizing and Color Brighteners. After they left my home, my carpet looked as if it had been washed by some home carpet wash instead of by professionals. they also had a lot of hidden charges over their estimate. Stick with Stanley Steamer if you want a job done right.
