Review content:
We stopped doing business with Travis Boating 3 months ago due to their ethical business practices. 4 months ago they changed the oil in our boat motor. Last week we discovered some service guy ( which I have complained about at the corporate level) dropped an oil cap down in the motor and didn't pick it up therefore eventually causing the cap to be sucked into the motor and stopping up the engine. My cost for this stupidity was 375.00. The manager had confirmed they used red oil caps and guess what the the service guy said no we don't, too bad..... (They changed their story). NOTE: We buy boats for pleasure, AND if you don't want to screw up your boating pleasure experience, DON'T BUY or GET YOUR BOAT SERVICED AT TRAVIS BOATING IN HENDERSONVILLE. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is TWICE they have screwed up service and refused to admit it or rectify it.
Pros: the only pro, was that the business was in a convenient location
Cons: they are not truthful nor ethical
