Review content:
We got two rooms at the Pine Burr Inn while we were in town for a wedding. One of the rooms smelled overwhelmingly like an ash tray, though some of the staff members claim that the inn has been ""smoke-free"" for over a year now. Literally, the smell was horrible and impossible to mask with perfume/cologne (though, believe me, we tried). If some guests want heat, then you can forget about turning on the A/C. It took three days to get in touch with the manager and that was a phone call that only ended with him hanging up on me. The rooms are disgusting and the staff members are rude and have no concept whatsoever of customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
Pros: None come to mind..
Cons: Pretty much the entire experience..
