I have visited Ziva's on numerous occasions and each time I was greeted, but not harassed, by the front desk people who made it their mission to accomodate me on the stylist's schedule of my choice. Melisa does my hair and I wouldn't trust anyone else to touch it! Melisa supported the syle that I arrived with on my first visit. When I returned she suggested a warmer color and a slightly different style that gave me a younger look. I have had several people compliment both my style and color and I always recommend asking for Melisa at Ziva's.
Pros: Easily accessible, Service, Skill, product choice
Cons: A smidge pricey, but worth every cent
