The manager Erica is horrible she is a lazy lady. When talking to her she is very defensive on everything that is said... This place is a dump it's dirty the property is missing part of the fence around the property the entrance and exit gates are always broken, the parking I'd horrible especially on the assigned areas.... The manager is one hell of a lazy
Person she is never there she never walks the property, always getting to work late and every time I actually see her which is almost never because she's never there well she always stuffing her face and her excuse is that she about to start a phone conference and unable to talk to the residence. She's always making an excuse for everything wrong on the property. On how all the weights are always missing in the gym to the residents always being locked out of there own home and can't get into the property because the key pad to the gate is always broken... Always excuses!! This place is horrible because the manager makes it BAD
