Not the best once upon a child. I am a huge fan of the chain. I have stopped in the Danbury store on more than a few occassions, each time is worse than the last to the point where I have stopped shopping here. Normally the toy section is a horrible mess and you can barely walk without nearly tripping. The clothing is o.k. and they do have a very large selection. My biggest issue with this store is their quality control. They do not pay attention to the toys that they take in, or the sets. I have purchased several sets and when I get them home and open the bags I realize that they are missing key pieces (things that would hold structers together) etc. If you look at the bags they clearly group things together that don't go together, it's very disorganized. They have sold American girl dolls with severly cut hair (down to the scalp) and holes in the body. I have seen other OUAC stores turn items away for the same reasons. Some of their staff didn't seem to understand why I would return an American girl doll that was damaged, she figured if my daughter was young enough that she wouldn't even notice she was missing her bangs.... They take any garbage in and bag it up then turn around and try to resell it, so just be wary before you buy. Also their pricing is a bit odd, somethings are great bargains other things cost the same brand new in toysrus. Just be careful keep and be very vigilant when buying any toys from this store.
