Ran across these mechanics over 15yrs.ago,when they were primarily refilling toner and ink cartridges for printers and small copiers.They eventually received numerous licenses for certified service centers for a number of printers,copiers,and multifunction devices.Have been using them,for over 15yrs,mostly for service & parts,from their dealer license,for those three types of equipment;Even new small machines for the mom and pop companies,we have purchased,from them.We have ran a few service calls,for typewriter and copiers,for their customers.Currently,they are attempting to upgrade their ability to provide consumables for inkjet industry.They are well worth visiting,if one is having service problems with their office equipment,in this recession environment,here in the Houston,area!
Pros: Willing to meet,at their shop,after they have left for service calls
Cons: Gaining popularity,getting a little hard to reach, regularly!
