I work at a high rise off Lemmon Ave so I have to call people a cab quite often. I started using Cowboy Cab years ago and honestly, they USED to be great. I am not sure what has happend, but id say over the past year if not longer, they have become one of the worst taxi services that we have to deal with. I have personally, had about 5-7 bad taxi requests in a row...Cabs showing up very very late....Cabs not showing up at all....Cab drivers being verbally abusive towards us here at work. Today(4/18/12) was the last draw and last time I will personally use Cowboy Cab again and they need to change their name, cause they HIGHLY misrepresent the Cowboy name
