I've taken my dog here twice for boarding- the first him was ok, except they didn't return stuffed toy and I had to return later in the week to get it. The second time his rope toy was ""in the wash"" and part of his gentle leader leash was missing. I came back later in the week to see if they had found either one and was told that the rope had broke and the leash was chewed up. It was a brand new leash! And those things are not cheap. The only way it could have been chewed up was if it was left in the cage with my dog, and who leaves the leash in the cage?
Pros: Great location, lots of parking and large waiting room, good price
Cons: Loses items when boarding, mandatory bath
