Review content:
This place really needs some organization. There is so much stuff crammed in such a small place you will shake your head and wonder. Everything from cosmetics to general home hardware. Anything over $10 seems to be locked up in a glass case and according to the signs there are no cash refunds, store credit only. Tiba should definitely focus on inventory reduction and getting rid of unnecessary items. Not a typical American way of shopping for sure.
