This place is awful I took my 10 week old puppy in on 1/9/09 he had got tangled in barb wire it was around his torso and his neck I did all I could do I cut the barb wire as much as I could ( about a foot still on the little guy)put him in the truck headed to a vet an office from the sheriffs dept told me there was one on middle creek ""mountain home ""i go in with my pup in my arms the wire around his neck i said i have an emergency the one receptionist went in the back the other dark haired one said are you a ""client"" i said no but this is an emergency she told me the vets would not be back until 2 this was at 1:30 i looked at her in disbelief ask where is the closest vet from here she said as she was twiddling her pen in her fingers on Chapman hwy i walked out with my hurt pup in my arms in a state of shock..I remembered seeing a vet on the parkway decided to go there it was closer soon as i walked in with my pup the receptionist got up and got a nurse she took me to an exam room the vet came in immediately took care of my pup (which is fine now)I was so relived i ask the vet is name.......Dr.Scott was my puppy's Guardian Angel that day on my way out i stopped to pay ,the nurse said you don't owe anything i broke down and cried .the compassion PARKWAY ANIMAL HOSPITAL showed was awesome mountain home veterinary i pray some day you will have just some of the compassion to animals that Parkway showed me
