I had used this location previously, with an excellent experience. So when I had a high fever for 4 days straight i used the online 'pre-registration' (1:45 pm) and waited for a call back to let me know when to come in. no call came. i called to confirm (2:05) and was told there were 4 people ahead of me, and they would call me 1/2 hour from appointment time. no call came. I called again for an update (4:05) and was told 'we are very busy, we will call you right back'. no call ever came. finally, i went (as a walk in) to HAYMOUNT URGENT CARE (4:30) on Bragg Blvd and was seen IMMEDIATELY (checked out at 5:10). Hours later (after picking up my Rx's and my children, having dinner, and getting my kids ready for bed) I get a phone call from Nextcare ""Urgent"" Care (7:14) saying they are closing in a few minutes but my name was still on their list, so would i like to schedule an appointment for tomorrow if they could fit me in? Don't waste your time. Go to Haymount @ 1909 Bragg Blvd. And yes they take TriCare! Cons: is no service better than bad service?
