Review content:
The merchandise is top notch; however the service outside the store is weak. Because of their proximity to my home, I spent three years with their aquarium service. It was about two years too long and I was slow in making a change. My bad. I put up with invoices that charged too much and being charged for products not received. The final straw was when the owner negotiated a price on a reconditioned chiller with a one year warranty. I left Medusa LA while the warranty still had time on it (six months). I called the owner when I had questions but he never called me back. When the chiller broke down and I called the owner about fixing it, he got real pissy and told me that because I switched service firms that he felt that he did not need to honor the warranty. He acted like an entitled brat. If that's what rocks your boat, then be my guest.
