Businiess name:  Giacomo's Italian Market
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
Anyone know of a deli that ever got a 5 star rating? Giacomo's did! The food, the aroma, & Frank Sinatra in the background. I can't begin to list what is incredible about this place, there isn't enough room. Giacomo opened the High Point Rd store several years ago & recently opened a new store on New Garden. I went there today & it was packed with people enjoying their fabulous subs. Others were stocking up on his homemade sausage, pasta & other hard to find items. Giacomo & his staff offer great, friendly service, with a NYC sense of humor thrown in (yes that's a good thing). Both stores are small & offer limited seating but if you want true homemade Italian, great service, & want the feel of a real NY Italian store, this is it. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm about to eat my cannoli. Pros: Giacomo, Food, Variety Cons: Small Dining Area
