I called Andy Howard after being very disappointed with the service provided by Terminix to address a rodent problem I was having in my home. The consultant that AH sent out to examine our home was very thorough, and was able to identify the places where rodents were getting in, something that the previous company hadn't even attempted. The gentleman, Dennis, was able to give me a quote that same day, and we scheduled the first phase of treatment for the very next day. I had already called another pest control companies, who said it would take up to a week to start the treatment - which would have given the rodents plenty of time to breed! Over the course of the week, we got several visits, and the treatment was completed. Since then, I haven't seen a single animal or their leavings in my home, and the areas where they were getting in were covered properly by the two men who came out to do the job. It was important that I get the home treated, given that my husband and I live in England most of the year, and the house was going to be vacant and potentially full of rodents - eek!!!! Would recommend these guys for rodent control. I will hire them to do my normal pest control treatments as well.
Pros: Very curteous, professional, thorough, and quick!
Cons: Only complaint was that they didn't call me to confirm the appointment time for my first treatment; they booked it w/o letting me know!
