I've read and understand the negative comments below. I had some of the same frustrations. However, I've stuck with Dr. Jefferds because I've never had a better doctor. She's thorough, thoughtful, smart, and without question cares about me in the office or if I run into her at Costco. I have called when I need an answer NOW, and the staff will go and come back with it. She considers my health, well being and my pocketbook first and foremost. She is creative in her recommendations for treatment, eliminating unnecessary time, office visits, money and worry. Doesn't get better.
Pros: Fabulous Docs & Staff
Cons: None that come to mind.
