Just took my family to bowl there for the first time and it was a terrible experience! The old man with glasses and mustache has the personality of a stick. He didn't say a word when we walked up. Only gave one ball for my son and daughter to share. Kids ball kept getting stuck and would not send the ball back, had to ask 5 times for service and had to wait every time for 3-5 minutes , and when I asked for another kids ball we were told no because he had parties coming in. We were there at 1130 on Saturday and only 3 lanes were bowling, including us.. When I asked for more time I was told I gave you 10 minutes. Needless to say we didn't get to finish our game and it cut out in the 6th frame. The old man couldn't even let my family finish our game! We had paid for the hour and because we had to wait for them to fix the ball retrieve , switch lanes, and share a ball we didn't get to finish. This place has no idea of what service and business is about! Went there to have a good time, left there feeling really upset! Stay away from this place. I wouldn't go back if the bowling was free! The old man has a poor attitude and is really snobby!
