My son was almost killed in a home invasion on Feb. 2, 2012 at his apartment. His grandfather co-signed for him and passed away November 2011. My son is 18 and in counciling because of the horrific incident (there was a gun fired in the apartment). They want two months rent at TWICE the rent or they will prosecute my son (18 years old) because his grandfather died. They will not budge. My son is still paying rent and hasn't been there in a month. Please do not be fooled by these people. They do NOT care about tenants at all. They care about the almighty dollar. My son ended up at Dr's West with ten staples in his head and golf ball sized lump on his face with a black eye to match. They couldn't care less.
