Shrock Country Butchering is just what it says, it is located in a rural area souuth of Buffalo off of highway 65. They are very reasonable priced. They handle all types of meat. They will make summer sausage out of your deer meat. They even make a jalapeno summer sausage. If you are need of having meat worked up, given them a call and head their way.
