Review content:
Took my new vehicle in for very minor work (replace radio antenna that broke). Northside kept it almost 2 full days. Returned it with BODY DAMAGE below the antenna and claimed it was like that when I dropped it off. It's your word against their techs. You lose. Good luck... they even have the gall to say ""That fine print you signed? That releases us from all liabilities."" so even if they were honest and admitted they caused damage during a repair, they don't give a hoot. Screw the customer...there are plenty more what you came from, is their motto.
Pros: close to my home
Cons: took 2 days for a minor repair AND returned vehicle with body damage they claim they didn't cause. Hateful, rude.
