Review content:
Hired Certified to put a metal roof on my house. They were the lowest bidder-by a lot! First warning sign. They had a lot of complaints at BBB, but all were resolved. Second warning sign. They broke a vent stack in the process of removing my old roof and tried to fix it by putting a bunch of caulk around it and hoping it would stay, saying it didn't break it just came apart...lie! Third warning sign. The roofs (they did my shed too) look like crap, and the house roof leaks...in three places!!! Service after the sale? They don't know what that means. Luck if they take your call, don't hold your breath for a return call if you can even leave a message,better off playing the lottery than betting on if they show up. Even when they did... they couldn't find the leaks, let alone fix them. My roof still leaks and I'll have to pay someone else to fix it. Any good attorneys out there?
