Review content:
We and our dog, Lily, have received nothing but exemplary treatment by the staff at O'connor Road Animal Hospital. Lily is a 3 yr old terrier mix and over the past few weeks, we have to make a number of vet visits due to Lily being in contact with a puppy that sadly later died from Parvo (Lily, thankfully, only had a mild form and was successfully treated), as well as a decayed and painful baby tooth that had not fallen out on its own. Without insurance, our bill could have been much higher had we opted for a different veterinary surgery (I called around for prices), and even though O.R.A.H was the least expensive, it certainly gave the maximum level of care and compassion. They offered to board Lily free of charge for the night before her tooth extraction and the day after the surgery, they gave us a courtesy call just to check on how Lily was and if she was recovering ok. That little extra made all the difference. I also think that the receptionist named Summer really does have a name that fits her lovely personality and demeanor. Always smiling, always cheerful and very helpful. She is a credit to the practice.
