Businiess name:  Outten Chevrolet

Review content:
Outten Chevrolet is located at 17th and Tilghman on the west-end of Allentown and is one of the few remaining local automobile dealerships within city limits. The shop is outdated and looks like it was last remodeled in the 80's... Cramped sales offices, no PC's, dirty looking facility. Selection of available vehicles is mediocre and the sales routine - sales associate takes deal to manager and back and forth seems to be an outdated routine - much despised from the customer's perspective. Sales associates were pleasant and professional which were a major positive and the only reason I didn't leave. I did buy a car but it was an unpleasant experience that left a sour taste... Probably wouldn't go back. I do like to support (patronize) local businesses; but sometimes they really don't deserve your loyalty. Update your facilities and join the 21st century. Consider abolishing the sales associate routine where he goes back-and-forth with the deal. It's sooooooo unprofessional. Do you think the customer is an idiot and doesn't know what's going on? Pros: Convenient location, nice sales associates Cons: mediocre selection, very limited customer parking, bad sales routine, dirty, cramped facility
