Review content:
I worked for Jeph and Michelle for about 3 months and saw a lot of things that I admired in a company. We had weekly meetings in which we were showed how to be not only better employees but how to be better people. Both took time regularly to talk to us on anything we asked. We were told to do whatever it took to make people happy that was within our power. Unfortunately I got pregnant and had to leave the job. (by choice) I have yet to find a job that equals the care that they took to make sure I had all the tools I need to be successful.
