I booked this place,sight unseen for my son's birthday. It is the neatest place. It is fully fenced with picnic tables and a really cool playscape. They only host two parties at a time so it was far from crowded. They were extremly friendly and let us book an additional hour at the last minute. I suggest this place all the time to people wanted a neat place for a party. It's kinda far, but very worth it.
Pros: safe,clean affordable
