Review content:
This window company was referred to me, and I was real excited after hearing what they were going to do. Clean windows inside and out, screens, frames and tracks. When crew showed up they didn't seem to be on the same page as the person who gave me the estimate. Frames were not cleaned and there were streaks left on many windows and some spots that probably just needed a little elbow grease. I feel like they rushed through job. After work was done, it seemed to be an insult to them that I had some concerns about some of the windows. They begin to get an attitude that I didn't want to deal with. I finally just decided to write them a check and never use them again. Overall the windows looked fine...was just a little upset about the attitude at the end and not making sure I was satisfied. Also, make sure you are getting what is initially promised. Ask how they clean frames and screens.
