And the award for worst attitude while also being the most smug goes to......
KASBAH HOOKAH LOUNGE
I honestly don't know what the problem is with the management at this establishment. I gave them chance after chance and they threw it in my face. I remember one time we went there, I wasn't smoking because I hate this place and there was no way I was gonna give them my money. My friend had forgotten his ID and I was going to drive him back home. I walk in to get some money from the ATM and hear ""HEY! YOU! GET THE HELL BACK OVER HERE!!"" Now for the people who don't know when you walk in there is a room to your right and if you look just straight when you walk in that is the ATM. Now, after he says that I shake it off walk towards him and say ""I'm not smoking tonight im just getting money"" I get my money and I'm starting to walk out when I hear ""HEY!! GET OVER HERE"" so I turn around and hes pointing at me then snaps his fingers and points toward the table in front of him. I show him my ID and of course i'm 18. He folds up the wallet and tosses it back at me when i'm not looking, spilling my 130 dollars on to the ground. Money of which I only found 120. Then I'm just irate, I walk outside and he comes out right after me and tells my friend and mind you this is word for word ""Get the f*!$ to steppin""
Needless to say this place is by far the most smug business I think has ever existed.
Why be mean to your customers? Without them you are lost.
