I am an avid basketball and volleyball player who will be turning 40 years old this year. I still play competitive in both sports through leagues and tournaments. As I have gotten older I have noticed that my leg muscle has gotten weaker and my jumping ability as decreased over the years. I signed up for three 10 pack session to increase my stamina and jumping ability. Mark put together and workout plan that would concentrate mostly on my legs and core with a mix of upper body. Mary Beth helped me with the nutritional side with eating more protein and fiber. Between the two I was able to reduce my body fat from about 20% to about 16% and increase my vertical from 24"" to 28"". Needless to say I had my best summer of volleyball tournaments with one championship and a final four appearance and I was able to dunk a basketball again. While working out with each of them, I can honestly say that they have both become friends of mine.
